Barry Gottlieb

Barry Gottlieb is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has written extensively on real estate issues, and is a member of SCRIBES, The American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects.

Barry is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia as well as in New York, and he is a member of the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and of the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

He has wide-ranging legal experience, not only in the private practice of law, but also as an assistant special prosecutor in police-corruption cases, and as assistant counsel to the Chancellor of the New York City Board of Education.

Barry's pro bono activities include his service as an arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York, and as a moot court judge at New York Law School.
