Maxwell K. Breed
Maxwell Breed received his B.A. from Duke University in 2003 and then earned his law degree from the Fordham University School of Law in 2006 where he was a member of the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
Before joining the firm, Maxwell was an associate with Heiberger & Associates, P.C., where he handled a wide variety of commercial and residential real-estate matters on behalf of prominent New York City property owners. He also perfected and argued appeals before the Appellate Division and the Appellate Term and successfully obtained leave to appeal to New York's Court of Appeals in a dispute which concerned the interplay between two of New York's rent regulations.
Maxwell is admitted to the New York bar and is a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association.
