Richard W. Sutton
Richard has over five years experience in transactional real estate. He represents buyers and sellers of cooperatives, condominiums, and other residential property.
He has represented most of the major lending institutions including Citimortgage, HSBC, Wells Fargo, and Chase. In addition to his transactional real-estate experience, Richard regularly appears in state court in defense of homeowners who are in foreclosure, in landlord-tenant court on behalf of landlords and tenants, and has prosecuted and defended a wide variety of other civil disputes.
Richard received his B.A. from Siena College in 2002 and is a 2005 graduate of New York Law School.
