Gomez v. City of New York

The firm represents Warner Gomez, a New York City police officer who was lured by two NYPD colleagues to a location where one officer used his department issued pepper spray to assault and batter Mr. Gomez. Following the attack, Mr. Gomez was dissuaded by supervisors from reporting the incident or filing charges against the officer. The lawsuit names the City of New York and six members of the NYPD.
