For the last two decades, Jarred has concentrated his practice in the areas of complex commercial real estate disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation, insolvency issues, and general commercial litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 corporations, real estate management companies, property owners, landlords and tenants in all aspects of their use, management and operation of commercial real estate. He has published prominent articles in the Landlord-Tenant Practice Reporter, the New York State Bar Association Journal, the New York Law Journal, and on Lexis-Nexis (most notably, authoring the note “Commercial Eviction (NY),” Lexis-Nexis’ primary source on commercial landlord and tenant law). He was also appointed an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, teaching a course on New York real estate law, and has been frequently quoted by the New York Times, as well as other media outlets, in connection with his expertise in this area.

Jarred has been selected for inclusion on the list of Super Lawyers® every year since 2014, as well as being selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2012.

Jarred earned his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
