Kristin -- Chair of the firm's emerging Cannabis Practice Group -- has over 18 years of real estate, state licensing, and governmental regulatory experience, and has successfully represented clients before the New York State Liquor Authority, Environmental Control Board and New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.
She has served as counsel to World Yacht, Circle Line, Patroon, Hogs & Heifers, Butterfield 81, Via Quadronno, Smoke Jazz Club, Cablevision, and Radio City Music Hall, in addition to numerous owners, developers and tenants. Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as a Real Estate Director for several corporate and retail real estate departments where she sourced deals, prepared financial modeling, executed transaction requirements and managed office, retail and call center portfolios for Morgan Stanley, Kaplan, Inc., Town Sports International, and SoulCycle.
Kristin received her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Albany and her law degree from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. She was a Professor Willie L. Moore Summer Fellow during her studies at Cambridge University at Emmanuel College in the UK.
She is currently an active member of the New York County Lawyer's Association (Co-Chair of Real Property Committee), Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York, Asian Real Estate Professional Association, National Cannabis Bar Assocation, Women Grow, Cannabis & Hemp Association and High NY.
