Jones, et al. v. City of Yonkers, et al.

The firm represents residents of the Father Pat Carroll Green community in Yonkers, New York. The complaint alleges that the city and other defendants deliberately denied the plaintiffs an opportunity to live in an integrated community by engaging in racial steering, a violation of the constitution, and federal and state law. Additionally, the complaint alleges that the houses built for the residents were negligently planned, designed, and constructed and that hazardous materials were left buried on the building site.
