Glover v. National Basketball Association, Inc., et al.
The firm represents Warren Glover, a former Lieutenant Commander with the NYPD and Director of Security for the NBA. Mr. Glover was fired from his position with the NBA Security Department, despite outstanding performance evaluations throughout his decade-long tenure, as a result of his efforts to report and address incidences of sexual harassment and gender discrimination against female NBA employees. The complaint alleges that the reports made by Glover to his superiors were repeatedly ignored, and that he ultimately experienced repercussions and retaliation of his own for continuing to report the alleged harassment of female employees.
