Roman Grutman received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2009—where he was on the Dean’s List and received a CALI Award in New York Practice. He also received a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Economics from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 2006, where he graduated magna cum laude.
At Newman Ferrara LLP, Roman represents purchasers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions, including single and multi-family homes, condominiums, and cooperative apartments.
Prior to joining Newman Ferrara LLP, Roman worked at various law firms in NYC where he specialized in real estate transactions.
Roman has been selected for Super Lawyers - Rising Stars for 2016-2019, an exclusive list of top-rated attorneys in specific areas who were chosen after thorough evaluation of numerous criteria.
Roman is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He also lectured on property law for Juristudents International—a program for foreign law students.
